This program is for someone with no running experience and/or has been physically inactive and is looking to start up again. we start out very slowly doing short intervals of walking and running and in a few weeks we do more running and less walking. 


We meet run together as a group each Saturday during the program and run at the various parks and trails in Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy. 


This is a family friendly program. We love having families come out and participate in this program together.
